How long does delivery take?

Standard / free shipping usually takes 15–25 business days after order confirmation because many items require processing or production before dispatch. Expedited shipping usually takes 7–14 business days when available at checkout. Custom or extended-size orders may take approximately 3–5 weeks.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Tracking information is emailed after the parcel ships and the courier updates the shipment record.

How do I choose the right size?

Please review our Size Chart & Measurement Guide before ordering. For extra room or layering, consider choosing one size up.

Can I return an item?

Most eligible unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom, made-to-order, altered, personalized, and final-sale items may have return restrictions unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
