TheJacketNation provides clear delivery timelines before checkout. Many items are prepared after an order is placed, so the total delivery estimate includes both processing/production time and carrier transit time.

Order Processing and Production Time

Most orders begin processing within 1–3 business days after payment verification. Standard made-to-order items usually require approximately 5–10 business days before dispatch. Custom-size, altered, personalized, temporarily out-of-stock, or high-demand items may require additional production time.

Estimated Total Delivery Time After Order Confirmation

  • Standard / free shipping: usually 15–25 business days after order confirmation, depending on the item, production workload, and destination.
  • Expedited shipping: usually 7–14 business days after order confirmation when available at checkout.
  • Custom or extended-size orders: may take approximately 3–5 weeks depending on the product and workload.

Estimated Transit Time After Dispatch

  • United States: usually 5–8 business days after dispatch.
  • Canada: usually 9–12 business days after dispatch.
  • United Kingdom: usually 5–8 business days after dispatch.
  • Europe: usually 8–12 business days after dispatch.
  • Australia & New Zealand: usually 10–14 business days after dispatch.
  • Other international destinations: delivery time varies by country, courier availability, and customs processing.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped through DHL, FedEx, UPS, or another reliable courier depending on destination and service availability.

Tracking

Tracking details are emailed after the parcel is dispatched and scanned by the courier. Tracking updates may take time to appear after shipment creation.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Delays, returned parcels, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses may be the customer’s responsibility.
